This and that...

Cleaning up they yard doesn't sound like fun usually, but holy jeebus the results are satisfying. We had our neighbors yank out 2 ginormous clothesline poles out of the ground in the backyard that probably hadn't been used for decades. What a difference it is to not crack your head on it when mowing,lol...

And then, the neighbor kid decided he wanted to swing the sledgehammer and break up a big patch of concrete that used to be home to a grill that was built back in the 40's. (The grill came down 2 years ago since it was in shambles.) He was more than happy to haul it away too! He'll be getting a graduation present here soon for all he did. ;o)

Plus, the Moose hand sawed a ton of tree branches, thus making it easy to walk under and not be slapped in the face with pine cones and needles. ;oP Just have to fill the holes left behind from the demos, and plant grass seed. Looking like a yard now instead of Sanford and Son! ;oP

But to top it off, we got a new (and very nice!) neighbor lady with a tiny doggie that doesn't bark. He's mostly blind, but a real sweeetie. :o)

Aaaaaaand, we get a new roof finally tomorrow! I couldn't have asked for better! ;oD
